Elegant and intensely fruity, these wines come from seven Alsatian grape varieties.

They are harvested at optimal maturity, but without over-maturation, so that the purity of the fruit is fully expressed. They come from deep loam-clay terroirs (loess) bordering the village. These soils keep the water without accumulating it. They offer ideal ripening conditions. The vine is rooting deeply and finds a constant water supply, preserving itself from any stressful periods and guaranteeing the grape a great aromatic and tasty richness.

Its nose of flowers and fresh grapes gives it an incomparable fruitiness!
The palate, also very aromatic, is supple while remaining toned. Perfect for an aperitif on the terrace, a fresh goat cheese or asparagus salad dressings.

Pleasant for an aperitif, it reveals itself as a surprising wine of gastronomy with spicy dishes of the Indian, Thai or Creole cuisine. Do not forget it at cheese time (munster)

Exclusively from grapes which come from ndanges Tardives sont exclusivement issues de la colline du Fronholz plot, ventilated hill with a south-west exposure and clay/sandstone ground. This allows powerful and structured wines. This parcel has a natural predisposition for overmaturation and noble rot : humidity from the morning due to the exposure, and then nice exposure to the late sunlights.

Famous sweet wine from our region, the nose is intense with exotic dried fruits and honey notes. The palate is rich and full-bodied, with a magic balance thanks to the fresh expression the siliceous soils can offer.
